What makes Berkshire Logic different from other MSPs?

What if we already have in-house IT?
Great — we work as a force multiplier. Whether it’s backend monitoring, escalation support, or specialized project execution, we integrate cleanly and help your internal team scale.
What about long-range connections and large, spread-out sites?
We handle those too. We support ski mountains and other environments where you won’t find bigger physical challenges. We install new fiber runs, repair and fusion-splice existing lines, and set up long-range wireless point-to-point links that deliver multiple gigabits where cables can’t go.
Can you provide hardware or software, or just support?
Both. We can source, license, and provision end-to-end. But we’re not here to upsell. If you already have a vendor, great — we’ll work with them. If not, we’ll get you gear that’s solid, supportable, and doesn’t break the budget.
Do you handle physical security — cameras, door access, recording systems?
Absolutely. We can supply and install everything you need. Once it’s in place, you’ll have 24/7 access from your web browser or phone—no extra fees or subscriptions.
Can you help with vendor management?
Yes. We’ll talk to your ISPs, software vendors, phone providers — anyone you don’t want to deal with. We know their lingo, we know their support tiers, and we’ll escalate until it’s fixed. Think of us as your technical translator and bulldog.
